By downloading or using MemoryLens, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
MemoryLens is a photo organization app available on Android. We provide on-device AI face clustering, smart search, and folder management. No account is required to use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use MemoryLens.
3. Purchases and refunds
- MemoryLens offers a Free tier and a one-time "Lifetime" purchase that unlocks Pro forever. Pay once, own it forever — there is no subscription, trial, or auto-renewal.
- The Lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-consumable purchase made through Google Play. Your licence to Pro features is perpetual for the device or Google account that owns the purchase.
- Refunds are governed entirely by Google Play's refund policy, not by us directly. If a purchase is refunded, Pro access is automatically revoked.
- If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use Restore Purchase to recover your Pro entitlement at no extra cost.
- Billing errors: email memorylens.support@gmail.com within 30 days.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our AI models.
- Use MemoryLens to identify people without their knowledge or consent in violation of applicable law.
- Circumvent purchase or entitlement limits through technical means.
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws.
5. Intellectual property
MemoryLens and all associated code, design, and AI models are owned by us. Your photos and face data derived from them remain yours — we claim no rights over your content.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is." We do not warrant that face recognition will be 100% accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted. AI models may make mistakes — always verify important identifications.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for loss of data, indirect, or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
9. Changes
We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
